carry prices we can deliver for a small charge.
-
We offer professional service and advice
and high quality products.
-
All new goods have a 12 months
guarantee. This covers faults, not adjustments which are explained
in the maker's instruction booklet. We are pleased to offer advice
to assist with your problems. Ex-rental sets have 3 months
guarantee.
-
TVs are tuned in and we check that they
work with other equipment connected at the time.
-
Video recorders are tuned in and the TV
tuning checked. If further help is required that cannot be resolved
with the instruction book please telephone the sales staff for
assistance, possibly call in and they can try and resolve the query
on one in the shop. If the goods were supplied on a Cash 'N Carry
basis a charge will be made if we have to call to tune in etc. No
charge is made for telephone assistance or for help by staff if you
bring the item in to be checked in the shop.
-
Gas Cookers must be connected by a Corgi
registered installer but we can deliver and also take the old one
away. We can suggest suitable installers.
-
Electric Cookers should only be
connected to the cooker control box or switch by a competent
electrician. We can suggest suitable people.
-
Washing machines. We
will deliver and unpack and will connect to suitable fittings with
the same thread as the hose adaptors. If their is an existing
machine to be removed, it must be disconnected by the customer
before we are asked to connect the new machine. This is because
there are sometimes problems which would require the services of a
plumber.
